Attrice originaria del Massachussets. Per un anno ha studiato alla Parsons School of Design di New York. Oltre che recitare in Criminal Minds ha lavorato anche nelle serie Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Stacked, Huff, Duck Dodgers, Andy Richter Controls the Universe, DAG, Rock Me Baby, Raising Dad, The Trouble with Normal e Friends.
