Ha recitato in Third Watch per sei anni. Cresciuta alla Rutgers University, ha sposato il pompiere Derek Kelly da cui ha avuto un figlio nel 2003. Ha partecipato ad altre serie televisive come Sex and the City, Law & Order, Sweet and Lowdown e Chasing Sleep.
