Attore inglese, famosissimo per essere stato Dudley Dursley nella saga Harry Potter. Ha frequentato la Mill Hill School. La sua famiglia si è sempre dedicata alla recitazione, come il nonno Patrick Troughton che ha recitato in Doctor Who. Harry è un membro del National Youth Theatre.
