Interpreta il ruolo di Stella nella serie Orange Is the New Black, e inoltre ha condotto gli MTV Europe Music Awards 2015, a Milano, insieme a Ed Sheeran. È nel cast di John Wick 2 e Resident Evil: The Final Chapter.
